Currently operating at the prestigious Qutab Golf Course, Peepal Hospitality is now preparing to launch two new signature outlets at prime golfing venues – the Siri Fort Driving Range and the Qutab Golf Course Driving Range. From hearty breakfast bowls and inventive egg preparations to vegetarian and non-vegetarian small plates, dim sum, ramen, mezze, artisanal pizzas, and global mains alongside regional Indian favourites, rounded off with decadent desserts — The Table by Peepal offers something for every palate. On the menu are signatures that travel across cultures and cravings — think Coriander Chimichurri Cottage Cheese Sando, Bang Bang Chicken Wings, ABC Siu Mai Dimsums, Sapporo Ramen, Truffle Mushroom Risotto, Krapow Stone Bowls, Silbatta Palak Paneer, Lucknowi Nihari, Jackfruit Biryani, and the indulgent Live Tiramisu. Complementing the food is a thoughtful beverage programme featuring options like the Apple Carrot Beetroot Ginger Juice and the refreshing Sparkling Orange Iced Coffee, along with mocktails, shakes, and the signature Peepal Roast — a single-estate, 100% AA+ grade Arabica coffee.
At the heart of this expansion is “The Table by Peepal”, a restaurant concept that blends global cuisine, contemporary aesthetics, and sustainable design. Built on the principles of the Wabi-Sabi philosophy, the spaces showcase an organic, minimalistic design language with a strong emphasis on sustainability and reducing carbon emissions.
Developed in partnership with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), The Table by Peepal is envisioned as more than just a dining destination – it will uplift and enrich the overall golfing experience by bringing together sport, leisure, and fine dining. The first Table by Peepal will debut at Siri Fort Driving Range, followed by the Qutab Golf Course Driving Range. Each outlet will be managed by a team of culinary and hospitality experts, offering members and guests an exceptional dining journey alongside their sporting pursuits.
