Indulge Creamery, a premium artisanal ice cream brand founded by hospitality professional and culinary craftsman Pawan Saluja, has officially launched in India with a vision to transform ice cream into a refined, sensorial experience. More than a frozen treat, Indulge positions itself as a “moment of intentional indulgence,” crafted for consumers who value quality, craftsmanship, and balance.

Born into a family deeply rooted in the hospitality industry, Saluja brings both legacy and global expertise. A graduate of the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management and the International Centre for Culinary Arts, Dubai, he combines formal training with a personal philosophy. “Starting Indulge was about more than dessert,” says Saluja. “It was about creating ice cream that is luxurious, balanced, and genuinely satisfying—dessert that feels as good as it tastes.”

At the core of Indulge’s offering is its slow-churned process with 16% butterfat, designed to deliver a dense, rich texture that melts slowly and lingers longer. Each flavour is crafted with globally sourced, premium ingredients—Belgian couverture chocolate, Sicilian pistachios, and Madagascar vanilla—elevating the ice cream beyond mass-market formulations.

The debut menu includes:

  • Classic Belgian Chocolate – bold and silky, made with premium Belgian couverture.
  • Cookies Cheesecake – creamy cheesecake swirls with crunchy chocolate cookie chunks.
  • Cream Biscotti – delicate vanilla ice cream folded with crushed biscotti.
  • Vegan Dark Chocolate (Sugar-Free) – a plant-based indulgence with depth and silkiness.
  • Vegan Mango Sorbet (Sugar-Free) – a refreshing, guilt-free scoop reminiscent of Alphonso mangoes.

To complement its scoops, Indulge Creamery will introduce a line of Ice Cream Sticks in Espresso, Vanilla, and Dark Chocolate from August 1, 2025. These formats reflect the brand’s clean formulations and commitment to both indulgence and inclusivity.

Innovation at Indulge is designed to be experiential rather than seasonal. Every flavour and format embodies its design philosophy—dessert as an emotional, sensory journey. From precise temperature controls and low-air churning to globally inspired formats, the brand seeks to set new benchmarks for ice cream in India.
