Bruno’s Pizzeria launches first outlet in Gurgaon

Must Read

Bruno’s Pizzeria, a premium pizza brand crafted for a generation that celebrates flavor and connection, opened its flagship outlet in Gurgaon. Founded on the belief that great pizza should feel effortless yet elevated, Bruno’s delivers authentic Naples-style sourdough with a fresh, youthful edge that resonates with today’s discerning diners.

Bruno’s Pizzeria is elevating the premium pizza experience in India through authentic Naples-style sourdough, meticulously slow-fermented and built on premium, ingredient-led craftsmanship. Every element is crafted in-house: 48-hour fermented dough, sauces free from preservatives, and a streamlined central kitchen system that guarantees flawless consistency across outlets without compromising quality. The menu celebrates bold, shareable flavors – from classic TBT Margheritas to truffle-infused pies, hot honey drizzles, and addictive bomb garlic bread—alongside gourmet pastas, decadent desserts, and curated specialty coffee and ceremonial matcha. Limited-edition seasonal collections, such as ‘Cheesy AF Week,’ keep the lineup dynamic, while branded merch like #ThisPizzaSlaps deepens the connection with a new generation of food lovers.

“We chose Gurgaon because it’s the perfect launchpad for a brand that speaks to the energy of modern India – vibrant, ambitious, and always evolving,” said Neelam Singh, Founder & CEO, Bruno’s Pizzeria. “After building The Burger Company from the ground up, I saw a clear gap: premium pizza that doesn’t compromise on craft or culture. Bruno’s is more than a dining destination. It’s a space where friends gather, ideas spark, and every meal feels like the start of something memorable. We’re not chasing trends; we’re setting the stage for how India experiences pizza. With consistency at our core and community at our heart, we’re excited to grow this into a national movement – one city, one slice, one shared moment at a time.”

Bruno’s will currently operate on a hybrid model with a primary focus on dine-in experiences. The brand plans to open over 10 stores across Delhi NCR this fiscal year followed by bigger plans of expansion into Mumbai, Bangalore, and Pune. Bruno’s aims to reach a Rs. 50 crore valuation by FY28 through a scalable, high-integrity premium model. At the moment, strategic partnerships are being explored to support growth while maintaining quality standards.
