Ember Cookware, India’s first 100% non-toxic, non-stick kitchenware brand, has appointed Amit Singh as Chief of Supply Chain and Services. The appointment arrives at a pivotal moment, as Ember accelerates its growth across D2C, quick commerce, and offline retail, making supply chain efficiency and service delivery key drivers of both customer experience and the brand’s profitability trajectory.
Amit brings over a decade of experience in supply chain strategy, operations, and large-scale network buildouts. He began his career at Singapore-based retail giant Giant Hypermarket before joining PharmEasy in 2015, where he played a foundational role in building and scaling its pan-India supply chain from the ground up, supporting rapid growth across both B2B and B2C channels. At API Holdings, he subsequently led supply chain operations for North India, driving end-to-end execution across complex, multi-city networks.
In his new role, Amit will oversee Ember’s end-to-end supply chain and service ecosystem – including sourcing, manufacturing coordination, logistics, last-mile delivery, post-purchase service, and workforce development. His focus will be on building operations that are both cost-efficient and resilient: reducing fulfilment times, strengthening inventory management, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality consumer experience as the brand grows nationally.
“Supply chain is where growth either holds or breaks. As we scale across channels and geographies, we need operations that are efficient, resilient, and built for speed, without ever compromising on the consumer experience. Amit has done this before, at real scale. That’s exactly what this stage demands,” said Siddharth Gadodia, Co-Founder & CEO, Ember Cookware.
“As we scale, supply chain efficiency becomes as important as product and brand. Our promise to consumers isn’t just about what’s in the box – it’s about every touchpoint before and after. Amit’s mandate is to build the operational foundations that make that promise consistent at scale,” added Himanshi Tandon, Co-Founder & CMO, Ember Cookware.
Commenting on his appointment, Amit Singh, Chief of Supply Chain and Services, Ember Cookware, said, “Ember is building something genuinely different – a category-defining brand with a clear purpose and the ambition to match. The opportunity here is to build supply chain infrastructure that doesn’t just keep pace with growth, but enables it. I’m looking forward to the work.”
The appointment is part of Ember’s broader push to strengthen leadership depth across critical functions as it enters its next phase of growth. The brand continues to invest in its Innovation Lab, proprietary material technologies, and operational infrastructure, building the capability required to scale a consumer business with the rigour and efficiency the category demands.
