Gurugram-based quick food delivery app Zing has launched its ‘Quick Delivery Promise’, assuring customers that their orders will arrive within 10 minutes—or they get a refund. The initiative aims to strengthen Zing’s position in India’s rapidly growing instant food delivery market.
Backed by Azhar Iqubal, founder of Inshorts and a judge on Shark Tank India, Zing leverages hyper-local cloud kitchens, AI-driven demand forecasting, and real-time tracking to ensure ultra-fast deliveries. Currently available to select loyal customers, the service will soon be extended to all users.
Tarun Arora, co-founder and CEO, Zing, highlighted the company’s focus on speed and reliability. “Our Quick Delivery Promise reflects our commitment to delivering fresh, high-quality meals with unmatched efficiency. By integrating technology with strategically located cloud kitchens, we are redefining the quick commerce experience,” he said.
To celebrate the launch, Zing is offering limited-time discounts and surprise freebies, further enhancing its appeal as a leading instant food delivery service.
