The Pure Kitchen Expands to Navi Mumbai

Must Read

The Pure Kitchen, a healthy-eating café brand founded by Aaliya Ahuja, is expanding its presence to Navi Mumbai, bringing its range of wholesome meals, coffee, matcha and baked goods to the neighbourhood.

The brand initially started as a delivery-led concept from Ahuja’s grandmother’s backyard in Chembur, Mumbai, with the idea of making healthy food accessible without compromising on flavour. The business gradually built a loyal customer base, leading to the opening of its café in Bandra. The Navi Mumbai launch marks its next step in expanding its neighbourhood presence.

Ahuja, who is also behind Oleander Farms and Saltt in Karjat, founded The Pure Kitchen around a food philosophy that prioritises mindful ingredients and balanced eating. The kitchen avoids refined flour and refined sugar, instead using alternatives such as ragi flour, almond flour, monk fruit and date syrup across its offerings.

The menu applies this approach to everyday favourites, including meals, baked goods and beverages. Its offerings include chocolate cake made with ragi flour and sweetened with monk fruit, orange cake prepared using almond flour, and coffee and matcha sweetened with house-made vanilla and date syrup.

Rather than positioning healthy eating as restrictive, the brand focuses on reworking familiar food choices through alternative ingredients while retaining their flavour. Its menu spans wholesome meals, freshly made bread, baked treats and beverages, catering to customers looking for more conscious everyday food options.
