Pardeep Parmar has taken on a new role as Business Development Manager – COCO Store Expansion at Henfruit, one of India’s fastest-growing brands in the specialty egg retail category. The company, known for modern-format stores that position fresh and healthy eggs as a premium retail experience, currently operates eight outlets across Delhi NCR and is preparing for an accelerated growth phase.
In this position, Parmar will lead high-potential site acquisitions, oversee COCO store roll-outs, and drive the brand’s expansion blueprint. His mandate includes strengthening Henfruit’s market presence through a data-driven retail strategy and working closely with developers, landlords and strategic partners to support rapid scale-up.
With extensive experience in retail expansion and franchising, Parmar’s move into the specialty egg segment marks a shift into a sunrise category gaining strong consumer momentum. The company expects his expertise to play a significant role in shaping Henfruit’s next chapter of growth and extending its footprint across new neighbourhoods.
