Nisha Singh has joined Theobroma, the bakery and patisserie brand, as Associate Vice President (AVP) – Operations, Mumbai. She announced her new role in a LinkedIn post, marking her move from Apple, where she previously worked as Retail Manager.
Singh brings 13 years of professional experience across operations, retail management, business excellence, customer experience and people leadership. She also spent over a decade with Tata Starbucks, gaining experience in the food-and-beverage retail sector.
In her LinkedIn post, Singh said she was happy to begin a new chapter with Theobroma, describing it as one of her favourite bakery and patisserie brands. She highlighted the brand’s product legacy, commitment to quality and strong customer following.
In her new role, Singh aims to drive Theobroma’s growth by strengthening operational excellence, enhancing customer experiences, and empowering teams. She also expressed her enthusiasm for bringing her experience and expertise to the brand’s next phase of growth.
