Mumbai’s Kona Kona, the nostalgia-driven bar and restaurant founded by actor Mona Singh, has launched its second outpost in Marol, Andheri East, bringing its signature comfort food, easy-going atmosphere, and flavour-first drinks to a vibrant work-and-social neighbourhood. The new venue spans approximately 2,000 sq ft, seats nearly 100 guests, and mirrors the warm, intentionally relaxed design of the original location.
Singh emphasised that Kona Kona’s ethos isn’t about being a high-concept destination but a neighbourhood bar people return to without hesitation. The menu continues to focus on familiar, comfort-oriented dishes with additions tailored to weekday lunches, while the cocktail list remains unchanged — unfussy, flavour-driven and built for second rounds. With the expansion, Kona Kona aims to offer the same dependable food, drinks, and laid-back hospitality in a new part of India’s dining capital.
