Ltd., the ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook foods arm of the Jasper Group, has acquired a 10 percent stake in SoupX, a health-focused foodtech brand that gained national visibility after featuring on Shark Tank India Season 2. The strategic investment marks Jasper Food’s entry into the growing nutritious convenience foods segment, aligning with rising demand for functional, diet-specific offerings.
Founded in 2021, SoupX offers soups and soup-based meals catering to vegan, keto, and diabetic-friendly diets. The partnership is expected to combine SoupX’s product innovation and consumer traction with Jasper Food’s manufacturing scale, automation-led processes, and temperature-controlled distribution infrastructure, as the startup prepares for wider national expansion.
