French frozen yogurt chain Yogurt Factory is entering the Indian market in partnership with a local franchise partner. This strategic collaboration aims to bring the brand’s signature zero-fat frozen desserts and customizable offerings to India’s rapidly growing community of health-conscious consumers.
Founded in 2011 by Ouriel Hodara and Emmanuel Tedesco, both HEC Paris alumni, Yogurt Factory has grown from a single outlet in Paris to over 85 locations across ten countries, including France, Spain, Belgium, Morocco, and Malaysia. The India entry marks a key milestone in the brand’s international growth ambitions.
The Indian menu will include the brand’s core offering of fat-free frozen yogurt, served with unlimited toppings—ranging from fresh fruits, cereals, and sauces to indulgent add-ons like brownies, cookies, and premium global treats such as Oreo, Kinder, and Speculoos.
Additional menu highlights include:
- Fresh fruit smoothies
- Thick milkshakes
- Liège and bubble waffles
- Bubble teas and iced teas
- Cold-pressed juices
Targeting high-traffic malls and metropolitan hubs, FranGlobal is rolling out a franchise model with investment options between Rs. 30 lakh to Rs. 60 lakh. Franchisees will receive full support in site selection, design, training, marketing, and ongoing operations.
The first Yogurt Factory outlet in India is slated to open later this year, with an aggressive expansion roadmap across Tier-1 cities.
