DS Group has appointed Vikas Ray as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its Hospitality Division. In his new role, Ray will focus on regional strategy, operational oversight, governance, and driving business growth across the division.
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Ray brings expertise in working closely with owners and leadership teams to improve business performance, strengthen operations, and support sustainable growth.
Ray is also the founder of Headway, a hotel management company. Prior to this, he held leadership and operational roles across hospitality companies, including The Ascott Limited, Radisson Hotel Group, Park Plaza Gurugram, The Hans Hotel, and Trident Jaipur.
