Brookfield Properties has expanded its culinary portfolio at Ecoworld in Bengaluru with the launch of Paytey – South Indian Kitchen & Wine Room at The Bay, the company’s experiential food and beverage district within the mixed-use development in Bellandur.

With its first outlet at Ecoworld, Paytey introduces an authentic and immersive South Indian dining experience to the campus, further strengthening Ecoworld’s positioning as a vibrant lifestyle and social hub for the growing professional community in Bengaluru’s tech corridor.

Positioned as a classic restaurant centred on authenticity and bold flavours, Paytey celebrates the culinary diversity of South India with a thoughtfully curated non-vegetarian menu. The concept pairs traditional regional recipes with some of India’s finest wines and distinctive wine-based cocktails, creating a differentiated dining proposition within the business district.

Open from 12:00 noon to 11:30 pm, Paytey offers a dynamic menu designed to evolve regularly with daily specials. Signature dishes include Mutton Biryani, South Indian Thalis, Chilly Chicken, Mutton Liver Fry and Mutton Chops, each crafted to deliver robust, home-style flavours rooted in regional traditions.
