The inaugural chapter, Utsav: Festivals of India unfolds on Friday, October 3, featuring a lavish multi-course menu of India’s festive classics reimagined by Michelin-acclaimed Chef Vikas Khanna. Each dish will be paired with an exquisite selection of Sula Vineyards wines, hand-picked, and presented by Sula’s expert sommelier to create a seamless journey of flavor and tradition.
