Zappfresh has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of Meevaa Foods, a new brand focused on ready-to-eat (RTE) and frozen vegetarian snacks, marking a strategic diversification beyond its core fresh-meat and D2C delivery business. Meevaa Foods debuts with a curated range of frozen veg products, including samosas, momos, kebabs, and patties, aimed at urban consumers seeking convenient, high-quality food solutions. The brand’s initial rollout will begin in Delhi NCR, followed by phased launches in Mumbai and Bengaluru.

This expansion aligns with Zappfresh’s broader growth strategy to capitalise on the fast-growing convenience food market and strengthen its presence in value-added categories. The company has earmarked an investment of Rs. 10 Cr over the next two to three years to scale distribution, product innovation, and market penetration. With Meevaa Foods, Zappfresh is positioned to tap increasing demand for frozen and ready meals, extend its reach to a vegetarian consumer base, and potentially leverage export opportunities amid rising global interest in Indian frozen foods.
