Nandhana Group has appointed Sshaji Nair as Group Chief Business Officer (Group CBO), effective October 21, 2026, as the company looks to accelerate growth and expand its presence in the Indian food market.
Nair brings three decades of leadership experience across India’s quick-service restaurant and hospitality sectors, with expertise in business strategy, profit and loss management, multi-brand expansion and profitable growth.
Prior to joining Nandhana Group, Nair held leadership positions at Devyani International Limited and Yum Restaurants India Private Limited, where he gained experience in scaling businesses and driving growth across markets.
In his new role, Nair will focus on accelerating the Group’s expansion, developing scalable operating platforms and identifying new business opportunities.
