Shiv Shivakumar has rejoined the Board of Directors of Restaurant Brands Asia (RBA), the operator of Burger King in India, bringing extensive experience in consumer businesses, brand management, business transformation and corporate strategy.
Shivakumar previously served as Chairman of RBA from January 2019 to January 2024. His career spans senior leadership positions at Unilever, Philips India, Nokia, PepsiCo India and the Aditya Birla Group.
He currently serves as an Operating Partner at Advent International and holds advisory and governance roles across several organisations, bringing expertise in business leadership and strategic growth to the company’s board.
