Kamats Legacy celebrated World Dosa Day with an event at its Nariman Point Outlet. The occasion showcased an array of over 150 dosa creations, highlighting the brand’s culinary excellence.
From the exotic Murugan Podi Dosa (Gun Powder Dosa) to the innovative Benne Dosa, the flavorful Poondu Dosa to the classic Mysore Masala Dosa, and the aromatic Ghee Roast Masala Dosa, each dosa was a testament to the skill and creativity of the dedicated team of 5 chefs. They managed to craft 300 dosas in just 2 hours and 30 minutes, demonstrating their exceptional culinary prowess.
