GOPIZZA has rebranded as GTGO as the company expands from a single-category pizza business into a multi-brand Korean food and beverage platform. The rebrand comes as the company marks its fifth anniversary. Founded in South Korea in 2016, GTGO now operates across 11 countries.
In India, GTGO currently has more than 65 stores across three brands — GOPIZZA, Gochujang and Dalkomi. GOPIZZA focuses on pizza, Gochujang offers Korean street food, while Dalkomi specialises in Korean desserts.
Mahesh Reddy, Co-Founder and CEO, GTGO, said, “This multi-brand approach, tailored to individual markets rather than built around a single global brand, is now central to GTGO’s strategy overseas. With a population of 1.4 billion and one of the world’s fastest-growing food service sectors, India serves as a key proving ground for this model, one that could shape how GTGO expands into other markets.”
Together, the three brands are part of the company’s K-Food Platform strategy, which is being expanded alongside its existing pizza business. GTGO’s expansion is supported by its proprietary food technology, including conveyor ovens and compact kiosk systems. Its pizza technology is used across more than 1,600 stores globally through partnerships with retail chains such as GS25 and CGV.
Lim Jae-Won, Global CEO and Founder, GTGO, said, “This is an important milestone in expanding the business beyond what was previously confined to GOPIZZA, and in advancing as a global brand built on food technology. We look forward to continued support as we grow on a wider stage.”
The company is also exploring B2B opportunities around its food technology and kiosk systems, in addition to its food service operations.
