Corporate catering company Elior has appointed Manish Miranda as its Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, he will focus on driving operational efficiency, strengthening customer experience, and supporting Elior’s continued growth across its food services and hospitality business.
Miranda brings leadership experience in the hospitality and food services industry, spanning operations, business transformation, culinary management, and customer experience. Over the course of his career, he has built a strong track record in driving operational excellence, leading large-scale business functions, and delivering sustainable growth across diverse hospitality formats.
Prior to joining Elior, Miranda served as Business Head at Nekta Food Solutions, where he led the company’s business operations and growth strategy. Before that, he was Regional Director – Operations at Compass Group India, overseeing operational performance across the region. His professional journey also includes leadership roles as an F&B Consultant, Director – Operations & Culinary at Canton Hospitality Board Holding Co., and Business Head/Vice President – Food & Beverage Operations at Imagicaaworld Entertainment (Adlabs Entertainment Ltd.), where he played a key role in enhancing operational capabilities, culinary innovation, and guest experience.
