Coca-Cola India Southwest Asia (INSWA) has appointed Desmond Nikhil D’Souza as Vice-President of Customer & Commercial Leadership (C&CL), effective February 1, 2025. He succeeds Greishma Singh, who has moved to the role of Vice President of Marketing.

In his new role, D’Souza will lead the C&CL function, focusing on value growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and advancing long-term commercial strategies.
D’Souza brings a wealth of experience from leadership roles at Mondelez, PepsiCo, and Zomato, with accomplishments in digital innovation, sales growth, and customer engagement. An XLRI Jamshedpur alumnus, he also holds an engineering degree from VTU.
