Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd has appointed Manish Anandani as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, he will lead the company’s India business, with a focus on driving sustainable growth, strengthening brand and consumer strategies, and advancing Colgate-Palmolive’s market position in the country.
Anandani brings a strong track record of leadership across the consumer goods and healthcare sectors, with experience spanning India, South Asia, the Asia-Pacific region, and international markets. His career has covered multiple aspects of commercial leadership, including sales, customer development, e-commerce, omnichannel strategy, retail marketing, and shopper engagement.
Prior to his appointment at Colgate-Palmolive, Anandani served as Managing Director, India & South Asia and Managing Director, Philippines at Kenvue. Earlier, he held several leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Managing Director, Asia Pacific Lead – eCommerce and Omnichannel (O2O), and Vice President – Sales and Professional Marketing, India and South Asia. These roles gave him extensive experience in leading businesses across markets and driving growth through evolving consumer and retail channels.
Anandani has also had a long association with Colgate-Palmolive, where he held several senior leadership roles across the organisation. His previous positions at the company included Worldwide Director – Retail & Shopper Marketing and Customer Development Capabilities, Worldwide Director – Retail Marketing and Shopper Marketing, Worldwide Director – Retail Marketing, eCommerce, Country Manager – Indochina, Head – Customer Marketing, Branch Manager – East India, and Regional Sales Manager. Earlier in his career, he held Group Product Manager and Area Manager roles at Johnson & Johnson Ltd and began his professional journey as an Area Manager at Frito-Lays.
With experience spanning brand building, sales, retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel transformation, Anandani brings a broad commercial perspective to his new leadership role.
