Colgate-Palmolive has elevated Mafla Mudgal to Senior Director – India Modern Trade. He announced his new role through a LinkedIn post. In his new position, he will lead the company’s modern trade business in India, focusing on strengthening retail partnerships, driving channel growth, and advancing commercial strategies to support Colgate-Palmolive’s continued expansion in the country. Prior to this elevation, he served as Channel Director – UK.
Mudgal brings over a decade of experience in the FMCG industry, with expertise spanning sales, commercial strategy, customer development, and channel management.
He has been associated with Colgate-Palmolive for the past 12 years, during which he has held several leadership roles across different markets. His long tenure with the company has seen him contribute to key commercial initiatives and channel development strategies, culminating in his most recent role as Channel Director – UK. Prior to joining Colgate-Palmolive, Mudgal worked with Mondelez International, where he gained experience in sales and customer management.
