The first Carvel store will open its doors on October 4, 2025, in the heart of New Delhi, Connaught Place, bringing Carvel’s signature soft serve, sundaes, and indulgent treats to one of the world’s most exciting dessert-loving markets.
With over 90 years of heritage, Carvel is renowned for its iconic Flying Saucers, Shakes, Carvelanches, and Dashers. Now, Indian customers can enjoy international favorites alongside innovative, India-first, including Flying Saucers, Shakes, Carvelanches, and Dasher sundaes, alongside specially crafted India-first flavors like the Gulab Jamun Sundae, Biscoff Carvelanche, Mango Swirl, and Cassata Dasher.
The flagship store, opening at Outer Circle, L Block, Connaught Place, New Delhi, is designed with a modern and inviting aesthetic, will offer both dine-in and takeaway options, with a grab-and-go freezer featuring novelties like Flying Saucers. Offering premium treats at accessible prices (starting at Rs. 79), Carvel is set to become a go-to indulgence for students, professionals, and families alike. The store will be open daily from 12 PM to 12 AM, perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up or a late-night treat.
