Rajneet Singh Kohli, CEO and Executive Director of Britannia Industries, has resigned from his position, effective March 14, 2025, to pursue an external opportunity.
As per regulatory filings with the BSE and NSE, Kohli submitted his resignation on March 5, 2025, which was acknowledged by the Board of Directors through a circular resolution on March 6, 2025.
Kohli, who joined Britannia as Executive Director & CEO on September 26, 2022, stated, “After much thought and deliberation, I have made the tough decision to step down and request to be relieved from March 14, 2025.”
