Introducing The Pizza & Coffee Shop, a bold new concept that brings together wood-fired pizza, artisanal coffee, house-made cheeses, all-day breakfast, and more under one roof.
Brik Oven’s The Pizza & Coffee Shop is a reimagined space where you come for a pizza and stay for the experience. Expect wood-fired Neapolitan slices, hand-pulled mozzarella, fresh sourdough, and a speciality coffee program that runs from morning to midnight. Everything is made in-house and designed to celebrate craftsmanship and quality ingredients.
“We wanted to bring all our passions together—pizza, coffee, cheese, and bread—under one roof,” said co-founder Anirudh Nopany. “This outlet is our love letter to food, to community, and to everyone who’s been part of the Brik Oven journey over the years.”
At the heart of the menu are Brik Oven’s signature pizzas, with new additions like the Romona—a bold, flavour-packed pie featuring house-made cheese, herbed oil, and just the right hint of spice.
The coffee menu, crafted with 100% Arabica beans, is designed to pair perfectly with everything on the menu—from a quiet morning espresso to an afternoon slice.
One of the biggest highlights of the new format is all-day breakfast, now available at select outlets including HSR, Bellandur, Palace Road, Indiranagar, Manyata & Whitefield.
Every detail of The Pizza & Coffee Shop is intentional—from the pigmented IPS flooring to the handcrafted wooden furniture made by North Indian artisans. The showstopper is a custom wood-fired oven tiled in recycled mosaic, making it both a visual centerpiece and a symbol of Brik Oven’s sustainable, handmade ethos.
The long, open kitchen counter doubles as a display and cooking station, letting guests witness the magic behind every meal. Lush greenery, big windows, and warm lighting make the space feel cozy, relaxed, and just a little bit indulgent.
