Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra, a fine dining restaurant within the Massive Restaurants group, has introduced The Heritage Menu, which blends exotic and Indian culinary flavors.
The Heritage Menu at Masala Library offers a diverse array of culinary delights, including the likes of Pesto Kebab, Dal Chaval Arancini, Braised Lamb Chops, Curry Leaf and Garlic Prawns, Jalebi Caviar, and many other dishes that showcases the brand’s dedication to both innovation and tradition.
Zorawar Kalra, Managing Director, Massive Restaurant, expressed his excitement for the new menu. Chef Sabby, the creative force behind the new menu says, ”The Heritage is a chance for diners to have the sense of choice that comes with an a’ la carte menu along with the experience of getting multiple courses that gives a range flavour profile to the customers. For our chefs it’s a new challenge that we are excited to embark on.’’
The Masala Library was launched in 2013. The brand has 2 outlets as of 2023. The restaurant has an average capacity of approx. 86 people.
