Sanatanam, a new vegetarian dining destination, made its debut in Delhi’s Rajouri Garden. The launch ceremony was conducted by the Chief Minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta, along with members of the Delhi Legislative Assembly. Guided by the philosophy of “Anna Brahma”, the belief that food is divine, the restaurant brings a refined, contemplative approach to vegetarian dining.
“Sanatanam was born from a belief that has guided Indian households for generations: food is divine,” said Girish Goel, Founder. “Every dish is prepared with pure desi ghee and ingredients we would proudly serve in our own homes. We are deeply honoured that the Hon’ble Chief Minister joined us to bless this beginning. We hope Sanatanam becomes a place where Delhi can slow down and rediscover the joy of food made with intention.”
Bengaluru-style South Indian fare forms the heart of the menu, with signatures such as Ghee Saagu Dosa, Ghee Thatte Idli, Bisi Bele Bath, Ghee Jaggery Pongal and Appam with Jaggery Paal. The menu also spans chaats like Masala Puri, Mango Pani Puri and the Thatte Vada Set, North Indian favourites including Paneer Butter Masala, Dal Tadka and tandoori preparations, and Chinese dishes such as Chilli Basil Paneer, Hakka Noodles and Schezwan Rice, all prepared the South Indian way without artificial enhancements or unnecessary additives.
