Epigamia Appoints Mansi Modi as Marketing Head and Rahul Bhagat to Lead Manufacturing

Premium dairy brand Epigamia has appointed Mansi Modi as its marketing head and Rahul Bhagat to lead manufacturing, as the company looks to maintain its growth and expand its operations. Modi will join the company by the end of September.

The company is targeting an annualised revenue run rate of more than Rs 1,000 crore in the next financial year and plans to double its business over the next 24–30 months.

Modi has more than 14 years of experience in marketing and brand leadership. She has held roles at Hindustan Unilever, Oziva, Airtel and Britannia. At Epigamia, she will work with the leadership team to strengthen the brand and support its growth.

Bhagat has experience in manufacturing roles at Danone, Britannia, ITC Foods and Tata Consumer. At Epigamia, he will oversee manufacturing operations and help strengthen the company’s manufacturing capabilities and capacity as the business expands.

The company has also announced that Ankur Goel, COO, will leave the business after a decade to focus on his health and family. Epigamia currently operates across more than 150 cities and sells through modern trade, general trade, e-commerce and quick-commerce channels.
