10on10 Foods, the fresh and better-for-you staples brand, has begun work on its second manufacturing unit in Bengaluru, taking its monthly production capacity in the city from 200 tonnes to 1,200 tonnes.

Milling operations at the new facility are expected to commence within the next 50–60 days. 10on10 Foods stands out as the only national brand offering a complete spectrum of stone-ground flours, encompassing traditional whole wheat, millet-based varieties (such as jowar, bajra, and ragi), and high-protein variants engineered to boost everyday nutrition.

The new unit represents a five-fold increase in capacity and comes within eight months of the brand commencing operations. The expansion is driven by growing consumer demand for 10on10 Foods’ products, while also creating the manufacturing infrastructure required to introduce new technology and develop newer, higher-quality products.

Commenting on the expansion, Ashish Bajaj, CEO and Co-Founder, 10on10 Foods, said, “We actually wanted to add this capacity within the first six months itself. Consumer needs are changing, and we are building for those needs. When you are able to fill a genuine need gap with your product, you see love and repeat from consumers. This expansion is a response to that demand and our belief in the opportunity ahead. The new unit gives us the ability to do two important things: deliver against the demand we are receiving and incorporate technology that allows us to launch newer and better-quality products.”

The new facility will enable 10on10 Foods to address the demand it is currently receiving while creating room for technology-led improvements in its milling processes. The company is also working towards incorporating technology that can simplify the milling process and enhance the nutritional value of the final product through natural means.

The expanded capacity is also expected to support the company’s product and geographic expansion plans. 10on10 Foods is working with a quick-commerce player on the exclusive launch of new products and is also planning to establish a facility in Mumbai and Hyderabad in the coming months.

With the new Bengaluru facility coming online, the company is targeting 5X growth by FY27, while continuing to expand its manufacturing and product capabilities in line with changing consumer needs.
