Must Read

The Great Indian Brew Festival at The Bay, Ecoworld, Bellandur turned into a celebration of beer, music, and fun, with Woodpecker Premium Beer emerging as the star attraction. Drawing an incredible crowd of over 4,000 beer lovers, the event ran from 12 PM – 10 PM and was packed with energy and excitement.

Known for its naturally brewed, fruit-infused flavours, smooth taste, and premium quality, Woodpecker stood out as the go-to choice of the evening. Guests kept coming back to refill their glasses, while engaging in fun-filled activities like the 360° camera spin and Spin the Wheel contests, walking away with exciting gifts and memories.

Deepak Arora, CEO, SOM Group of Companies, said, “The phenomenal response to Woodpecker at The Great Indian Brew Festival reflects the growing love for premium beers in Bengaluru. Our mission has always been to bring innovation and freshness to the beer experience, and seeing thousands of happy faces enjoying Woodpecker was truly rewarding. Bengaluru has always been a special market for us, and this event was a fantastic validation of the brand’s strong connect with young, urban consumers.”

The festival further cemented Woodpecker Beer’s USP of being a refreshing, easy-drinking, and flavourful brew, perfect for social gatherings and celebrations. With its rising popularity across urban markets, Woodpecker continues to redefine the beer experience in India. Crafted with imported two-row barley & Indian malts and hops sourced from the Rainier region of Germany, the beer stands out as India’s first to incorporate a blend of two malts, setting a new benchmark as India’s first cross-malt beer. Woodpecker beer undergoes a meticulous brewing process of 30 days, with only one batch brewed per month to ensure unmatched consistency and flavor. This dedication to precision makes Woodpecker India’s most consistent, matured, and richly flavored beer.

The twist cap design itself is a game-changer, eliminating the need for a bottle opener and offering a hassle-free drinking experience. With vibrant yellow caps for Glide and sleek black caps for Crest, each bottle is distinctly marked with a “Twist to Open” instruction, ensuring simplicity with style. This small yet impactful change promises to redefine convenience for beer drinkers across India. With a special emphasis on security and to prevent counterfeiting a customised neck profile has been designed which can’t be reused.  Woodpecker’s use of direct print on bottle technology, (eliminating traditional paper labels), reinforces its commitment to sustainability while maintaining its sleek and modern aesthetic.
