An experienced institutional sales leader, Shaikh brings a strong track record in customer service, sales management, and marketing strategy within the food and beverage sector. He is a graduate of Calcutta University.
Founded in 2010, BrownWall began as a home-kitchen venture and has since expanded into a 55,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Navi Mumbai, with a daily production capacity of 6 tons. The company operates two brands—Ruchoks (chocolates and gifting) and Dibha (snacking and beverages)—under its portfolio.
BrownWall currently serves 10,000+ customers across India and operates in multiple channels including B2B gifting, private label, institutional sales, HORECA, exports, e-commerce, and retail distribution. With over 250 employees and a product portfolio exceeding 500 SKUs, the company continues to scale its domestic and international presence.
