The outlet is located on the 4th floor within the Gourmet Village zone, marking the brand’s strategic re-entry into one of India’s most dynamic retail and culinary hubs.

The Mumbai restaurant retains the brand’s global essence—offering freshly baked artisanal bread, nourishing dishes, and its signature communal table concept. The space features warm, inviting interiors aimed at fostering shared dining experiences.

In an official LinkedIn announcement, the company acknowledged the efforts of its Indian collaborators, stating: “A huge thank you to our fantastic local partners for bringing this dream to life. Your passion and dedication made this opening a success—and we’re only just getting started.”

The Palladium Mall location positions the brand advantageously to tap into Mumbai’s affluent consumer base and the rising demand for international, lifestyle-oriented F&B experiences.
