Keventer has elevated Surbhit Lihala to Chief Executive Officer – Fresh (Banana & Dairy), expanding his leadership responsibilities across the company’s fresh produce and dairy businesses.
Lihala brings over 18 years of experience at Keventer, with expertise spanning business leadership, international expansion, digital transformation and the development of organised banana retail operations.
Prior to his elevation, Lihala served as Chief Executive Officer – Banana and Head of Digital Transformation at Keventer. During his tenure, he has held several senior leadership roles across IT, digital transformation, international business and banana operations.
Before joining Keventer, Lihala worked with Fullerton Enterprises and Sodexo Pass Services, where he gained experience in relationship management, key accounts and international marketing.
In his expanded role, Lihala will lead Keventer’s fresh produce and dairy businesses, building on his experience across the company’s operations and transformation initiatives.
