Haldiram’s has expanded its retail footprint with the opening of a new restaurant in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, as part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in emerging markets beyond metro cities.

Located at WP Arena, Hot Stuff Chauraha on Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, the outlet was inaugurated by Harshvardhan Bajpayee, MLA, Prayagraj North, in the presence of customers, dignitaries and members of the local community. The launch is part of the brand’s “Acche Din Aa Rahe Hai!” campaign.

The new restaurant has been designed to cater to families, large groups and travellers, offering Haldiram’s range of Indian sweets, namkeens, regional snacks, chaats, meals and beverages.

The company said it chose Prayagraj for its growing demand for organised dining options, driven by increasing tourism and infrastructure development. Known for the Triveni Sangam and the Kumbh Mela, the city is also an important educational, administrative and commercial hub in Uttar Pradesh.

With the new outlet, Haldiram’s aims to serve residents and visitors while strengthening its presence in the state’s evolving foodservice market. The company said the expansion reflects its focus on bringing traditional Indian flavours and hospitality to consumers in fast-growing cities across the country.
