Banaraswala – Ghat Se Ghar Tak, the bootstrapped food brand, has opened its two new QSR outlets in New Delhi after successfully launching its first outlet in Varanasi. These two outlets are set to bring the cultural essence of Varanasi’s food. The newly inaugurated outlets are located at: Shop No. 29, Amba Tower, DC Chowk, Rohini Sector 9, New Delhi, Pocket B4, Pocket 4, Sector 7B, Rohini, Delhi, 110085.

The chain provides consumers with a traditional yet modern QSR-style experience. Each and every item on the menu is made from authentic recipes that capture the true essence of Banaras.

The menu features some of the most famous foods of Banaras, such as Tamatar Chaat – a spicy treat; Bedmi Puri Sabzi, which has a spicy yet savoury flavour; Cheena Dahi Bhalle, which has a rich texture; Launglatta, which is a sweet treat; and Banarasiya Lassi, which has a fresh and unique flavour. Apart from this, there are many other traditional foods of North India available at the restaurant.

Speaking about the expansion, Vibhanshu Mishra, Founder & CEO of Banaraswala, Ghat Se Ghar Tak, said, “Banaras is unique in terms of its cuisine in the entire country. Each dish is associated with history, culture, and emotions that people have grown up with. While starting Banaraswala, the idea behind starting it was to bring these authentic dishes out of the ghats and reach people who may not have experienced the authentic Banarasi dishes in their lives before. The love that people in Varanasi have shown towards our food made us confident enough to open new branches in the capital city of India. Our aim behind doing so is to create an emotional connect through our authentic food.”
