The launch of the dark store in Surat is a strategic move to tap into the city’s growing demand for fast and convenient shopping solutions. By bringing its fast delivery service to Surat, Blinkit aims to meet the evolving needs of consumers who prioritize convenience and speed in their shopping experience. This move not only enhances Blinkit’s footprint in Gujarat but also reinforces its commitment to transforming the way people shop for everyday essentials in the city.

Blinkit primarily delivers groceries, fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, stationery, bakery items, personal care, baby care, and pet care products, as well as snacks and flowers. Blinkit reported total revenue of over INR 2,300 crore for the FY 23-24 and added 75 net new dark stores in Q4 alone, as per Inc 42.
