True Palate Hospitality, the hospitality company behind One8 Commune, Neuma and Pincode, is targeting a portfolio of 50 outlets and revenue of Rs 900-1,000 crore over the next five years, by 2030. The company currently operates approximately 20–22 outlets across India and international markets.
As part of its expansion pipeline, True Palate Hospitality has signed projects for One8 Commune in Guwahati, Dehradun and Raipur. The Guwahati opening will mark the brand’s entry into Northeast India. Pincode is also expanding its domestic footprint, with projects signed across markets in Surat and Ahmedabad. Neuma is exploring further expansion, including a potential location in Goa. The company is also evaluating opportunities to strengthen its presence in markets where its existing brands have demonstrated promising performance.
Having recorded revenue growth of over 40% during the earlier expansion phase between 2022 and 2024, the company is now experiencing year-on-year growth of approximately 15-20%. Its expansion plans are supported by a focus on strengthening its teams, developing operational capabilities and entering markets with long-term growth potential.
Commenting on the company’s growth plans, Vartik Tihara, Co-Founder and Director, True Palate Hospitality, said, “Our ambition is to build a portfolio of hospitality brands that can grow across markets while retaining a distinct identity and a strong connection with their audiences. We are targeting 50 outlets over the next five years, with a revenue ambition of ₹900–1,000 crore by 2030. Our focus is on expanding our existing brands in a way that makes commercial sense, identifying the right markets and ensuring that each format has room to grow. We see opportunities across both established and emerging dining destinations, and our priority is to scale thoughtfully while building a sustainable business.”
As part of its five-year expansion roadmap, True Palate Hospitality is planning an investment of approximately Rs 30-40 crore. The investment will support new outlet development and the strengthening of the company’s operational and leadership capabilities. The company is also placing greater emphasis on markets such as Goa, Surat and Ahmedabad, where it sees opportunities to expand its portfolio. The strategy reflects a more measured approach to market selection.
Aditi Tihara, Senior Vice President, True Palate Hospitality, said, “Scaling a hospitality business requires much more than opening new locations. Every expansion involves identifying the right talent, training teams, establishing robust operating processes and ensuring that the experience associated with each brand translates consistently on the ground. One8 Commune, Neuma and Pincode each have a distinct identity, audience and operating model, and our approach must reflect those differences while maintaining the standards guests expect. As we enter new markets, our priority is to build the operational capabilities that allow us to grow sustainably, maintain quality across locations and keep the guest experience at the centre of every decision.”
The company is also evaluating its approach to ownership and expansion. Going forward, it plans to focus on company-owned outlets and franchise-led models. The choice of model will depend on the individual project, market conditions and the commercial viability of the opportunity.
Beyond its restaurant portfolio, True Palate Hospitality is developing its presence in experiential entertainment through Commune Circus, a hospitality-led intellectual property designed to bring curated entertainment experiences to its outlets. Its tour has travelled across One8 Commune locations in Aerocity, Delhi; Juhu, Mumbai; Goa; and Golf Course Road, Gurugram.
