Harshad Jain has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the FMCG business at RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, bringing extensive experience across sales, marketing, brand development and business operations.
Jain’s appointment comes as the group looks to strengthen its presence in the FMCG sector. His career spans leadership roles across consumer-facing businesses, media, telecommunications and airport operations, with experience in profit and loss management, business expansion, distribution strategy, customer engagement and revenue growth.
Before joining the group’s FMCG business, Jain served as CEO – Non Aero at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd. His responsibilities included overseeing non-aeronautical business operations, adding to his experience in commercial management and consumer-facing services.
Earlier, Jain held senior leadership positions at HT Media’s Fever FM and Radio One, Bharti Airtel, PepsiCo and WorldSpace. These roles span the media and telecommunications sectors, where he gained experience in brand building, marketing, business development and commercial performance.
