Ashwini Lal has joined Gourmet Investment Pvt Ltd as Head of Procurement. He will be looking after Pizza Express, PF Chang’s, Chili’s American Grill & Bar, Olive Garden and Ministry of Crab.
Previously, he worked with Tim Hortons for over 4 years, holding several leadership positions, the latest one being General Manager – Supply Chain. Lal has more than 30 years of experience in managing the supply chain, procurement and more. He has been associated with several organisations such as Jubilant Foodworks, Empire Foods – Food & Beverage, Oasis Beverages, Campa Cola, Bayleaf Wellness, Sahara India, and Panaromic Entertainment.
