Affirma Hospitality’s premium regional Indian restaurant brand, MaatriBhoomi, is planning to open four outlets across Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mumbai by 2027. The expansion follows the brand’s recent launch in Noida.
MaatriBhoomi will follow a “one city, one outlet” model, with each restaurant positioned as a premium dining destination in its market. Its Noida outlet is located at Botanical Garden Metro Station in Sector 38.
The concept was developed after the team travelled more than 14,000 km across India to explore regional recipes, local ingredients and traditional cooking methods. The menu focuses on regional Indian cuisine, presented through a premium dining format.
“Our journey of over 14,000 km across the country gave us the opportunity to experience food at its source, meet communities that have preserved these traditions and discover recipes that deserve to be celebrated. With MaatriBhoomi, we want to bring these stories and flavours to the table while creating an elevated dining experience,” said Priykant Gautam, Founder, MaatriBhoomi.
The expansion is part of Affirma Hospitality’s strategy to build experience-led food and beverage concepts. MaatriBhoomi will focus on regional cuisine, culinary storytelling and traditional food practices as it expands into the four cities.
