Saurabh Nerurkar has joined Licious as Vice President – Category. He announced his new role through a LinkedIn post. In his new position, he will lead the P&L responsibility for the company’s chicken, mutton, and eggs businesses, while also driving the category vision for Licious’ offline channel.
Nerurkar brings extensive experience across category management, business leadership, sales, and customer marketing. Over the course of his career, he has built a track record in driving category growth, managing large business portfolios, and leading cross-functional teams across the e-commerce and FMCG sectors.
Prior to joining Licious, Nerurkar spent more than a decade at Flipkart, where he held several leadership positions across key business verticals. His last role was Senior Director – Home Improvement and Furniture, where he led category strategy, business growth, and commercial operations.
Before Flipkart, he began his career at Unilever after joining the company through its management trainee programme. During his tenure, he worked across customer marketing, sales, and business leadership roles, gaining expertise in consumer businesses and go-to-market strategy.
