Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza, the premium chef-led pizza concept, has commenced operations at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA), Terminal 2 (International Departures), targeting the high-growth travel dining segment. The opening marks a strategic expansion of the brand’s presence in India through a partnership led by Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global alongside master franchisee Travel Food Services Limited (TFS) and Semolina Kitchens Private Limited (SKPL).

The outlet brings a curated menu of chef-crafted pizzas and complementary sides designed for international and domestic travellers, blending global favourites with locally inspired variants. Key offerings include Classic Margherita, The Londoner with burrata, Tandoori Paneer Pizza and Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza, alongside sides such as Street Spicy Wings, Corn Balls with lime jalapeño aioli, and G.F.C Dirty Fries. Desserts include Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Varun Kapur, MD & CEO, Travel Food Services Limited, described the launch as aligned with evolving passenger preferences for elevated, quality dining experiences in airport environments. The Terminal 2 location, serving millions of passengers annually, offers high visibility for the chef-driven brand and reinforces CSMIA’s positioning as a lifestyle-led travel hub.

This launch follows the earlier introduction of Gordon Ramsay Street Burger at Delhi International Airport (Terminal 1), marking continued collaboration to roll out premium F&B formats at key transit points across India.
