Deepak Yadav has joined Yum Restaurants India Private Limited as Director of Operations. With over two decades of leadership experience in the hospitality sector, Yadav brings deep operational insight and a strong track record in business transformation, strategic growth, and guest experience optimization.
Prior to this role, Yadav served as Vice President of Operations, where he led large-scale sales and operations teams, spearheaded talent acquisition strategies, and delivered measurable results across food & beverage verticals. He is widely recognized for his people-first leadership style, coupled with a focus on sustainable performance and operational excellence.
An alumnus of IHM Pusa, Yadav has consistently demonstrated the ability to align execution with business objectives, enhance service delivery, and drive stakeholder value. His appointment reinforces Yum India’s commitment to operational rigor and continued market leadership.
