Bengaluru’s Orion Mall at Brigade Gateway has expanded its premium food and beverage portfolio with the launch of PAUL, the century-old French bakery and café brand. Founded in 1889 in Croix near Lille, PAUL is known globally for artisan breads, viennoiseries, pastries, sandwiches and café offerings that embody authentic French bakery craftsmanship.
The store was formally inaugurated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony officiated by Marc Lamy, Consul General of France in Bengaluru, underscoring the brand’s international appeal and the mall’s positioning as a destination for high-quality global dining experiences.
Stakeholders including retail executives and partners were acknowledged for their roles in bringing PAUL to the Bengaluru market. The opening marks a strategic addition to Orion Mall’s F&B lineup, enhancing its appeal among discerning consumers seeking premium international dining options in South India.
