Organic Creamery by Iceberg unveils Craft House’s flagship store in Khajaguda. Spread across an impressive 5,000 sq. ft., the store offers a more expansive way to experience the brand. Located at Arka Rochish on Khajaguda–Nanakramguda Road, Craft House marked the brand’s 12th store and introduced its distinctive flagship format to Hyderabad.
Two exclusive chocolate offerings were introduced at Craft House, adding to the experience. The Chocolate Mousse, made using Pure Way Isolate, brought a rich chocolate indulgence to the menu, while the Double Layered Hot Chocolate, developed in collaboration with Sid Farms, offered another treat for chocolate lovers. Both creations were made available exclusively at the Khajaguda flagship, giving the store its own distinctive menu highlights.
Speaking about the launch, Suhas B Shetty, Founder and CEO, Organic Creamery by Iceberg, said, “With Craft House, we wanted to create a space that gave people more reasons to come together over ice cream. The scale of the store allowed us to explore our ideas around nature, ingredients and design in a much more expressive way. The cocoa tree was an important part of that vision. We also introduced exclusive chocolate offerings for this store, giving our guests something new to discover. As we expand into more cities, we want Craft House to stand apart as our flagship format, with each location reflecting its own character.”
The launch also marked an important step in Organic Creamery by Iceberg’s expansion journey, as the brand works toward its target of 100 stores by 2030. The plan includes six Craft House flagship stores across Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi and Ahmedabad, alongside 94 regular Organic Creamery outlets. While the regular stores typically span 1,000 to 1,500 sq. ft., Craft House represents a larger format designed to offer a more expansive experience in select cities.
