Founded in 2018, Anardana has steadily grown across North India with a focus on contemporary Indian cuisine. The Sector 50 outlet marks the brand’s move towards larger restaurant formats as it continues to expand in key urban markets.

The new restaurant features a contemporary Indian-inspired design with terracotta flooring, timber finishes, natural stone, lattice screens and handcrafted details. A double-height central space with a bar serves as the focal point, along with multiple dining areas and elevated seating sections.

Along with the new outlet, Anardana has also expanded its menu with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. New vegetarian dishes include Pulled Jackfruit Cannelloni, while the non-vegetarian menu features Butter Chicken Gujiya, Malai Chicken Roulade, Achari Chicken Breast, Lamb Ragout Sambusa and Mutton Goli Kebab. The dessert menu includes Rasgulla Tiramisu.
