Wahter, one of the prominent packaged drinking water brands in India, has introduced its proprietary carts across the National Capital Region (NCR), aiming to provide affordable access to drinking water. Specifically targeting students, children, and marginalized communities, Wahter offers its premium-quality bottled water at an 80% discount compared to prevailing market rates.

With its innovative pricing strategy, Wahter offers packaged bottles at remarkably low prices of ₹1 for 250 ml and ₹2 for 500 ml, showcasing the brand’s commitment to accessibility and affordability. The brand’s primary objective is to ensure that every individual in the NCR region has equal access to clean and safe drinking water, irrespective of socio-economic constraints.

“These carts represent more than just a distribution mechanism; they symbolize our dedication to democratizing access to clean drinking water. By offering our branded packaged drinking water at significantly reduced prices, we are empowering individuals in every corner of the NCR to have equitable access to water,” says Amitt Nenwani, Co-founder, Wahter.

These carts are strategically positioned at 10 key locations, including Advant in Noida, Noida Film City, India Gate, Qutub Institutional Area, Huda Sector 44 in Gurgaon, Netaji Subhash Place Metro Station, Kashmiri Gate Metro Station, Unitech Cyber Park in Gurugram, Modern Bazaar in DLF Gurugram, and Yashwant Palace in Chanakyapuri. Wahter’s accessibility is further enhanced through collaborations with organizations such as the Shoobhi Foundation (BOAT CSR) and Vijay Sales.

To bolster its initiative, Wahter has launched an advertising campaign on the SonyLIV Channel, featuring during episodes of Shark Tank India. Additionally, the brand has partnered with Scrapbuddy to collect and recycle bottles, thereby promoting sustainability. The company has committed to recycling 10 million bottles within the next three months.

As Wahter continues to innovate in the packaged drinking water sector, the brand remains steadfast in its mission to make clean and safe drinking water accessible to every individual, thereby fostering a healthier and more equitable society.
