<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Siddharth Gupta</strong> is set to take over as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Britannia Industries Ltd, replacing <strong>Amit Doshi</strong>, who steps down on March 17, 2025.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Gupta, currently General Manager – Marketing, has been with Britannia since 2018, leading key biscuit categories. Before joining Britannia, he spent over a decade at Colgate-Palmolive India, managing major toothpaste brands and OTC products.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>CEO </em><strong>Rajneet Kohli</strong> praised Doshi’s leadership, highlighting his role in brand equity, market expansion, and product innovation. Doshi’s departure marks the end of a significant chapter in Britannia’s marketing evolution.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Amit Doshi,</strong> Chief Marketing Officer of Britannia Industries, has resigned from his position, with his last working day set for March 17, 2025. He formally submitted his resignation on January 31, 2025.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Doshi, who previously led Britannia’s biscuits, crème wafers, and salty snacks division, played a key role in brand equity building, market share growth, and new product development.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Expressing gratitude for Doshi’s contributions, <strong>Rajneet Kohli, </strong><em>CEO and Executive Director of Britannia Industries, </em>stated, “Amit’s leadership has been instrumental in redefining our marketing efforts and setting new industry benchmarks. He leaves a lasting legacy and will be greatly missed.”</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Doshi started his career at Perfetti Van Melle as an area sales manager and later worked at Lenovo. In an earlier stint at Britannia, he spearheaded marketing and innovation efforts in the health category, managing brands like NutriChoice and Milk Bikis.</p>
