Yummy Bee, a café chain specializing in guilt-free indulgence, has secured a total of Rs 18 crore (over $2 million) in funding, with Rs 11 crore raised in its latest round. The funding round was led by Mile Deep Capital, alongside investors Mohan Krishna, Ajitha Challa, and Praveen Jaipuriar.

The Hyderabad-based brand plans to utilize the fresh capital to expand into Mumbai and Bengaluru, while also laying the groundwork for its Consumer Packed Goods (CPG) segment in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) market. The company will introduce new products, including millet puffs and almond rocks, and strengthen its presence in quick commerce and modern trade channels.

Founded in 2022 by Sandeep Jangala, Yummy Bee has rapidly gained traction with its sugar-free, gluten-free, and preservative-free menu, featuring items such as millet pizzas, tacos, pastas, and signature desserts like Double Chocolate Brownies, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Chocolate Truffle Pastry.

With a vision to make guilt-free indulgence accessible across India, Yummy Bee aims to reach an annualized recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs. 50 crore by March 2026. The brand also plans to expand its footprint to 20 outlets nationwide by the end of the year.
